Hey Friend,
Let me explain to you how I can eat a delicious burger (and fench fries!) with my lovely wife on our date nights....and still stay “on track.”
Let me first say that the whole idea of being “off track” creates a slippery slope that many people ride every day for the rest of their lives.
The reason it's a slippery slope is because it often comes with standards that are impossible to keep.
And the idea of being off track also comes with guilt, shame, and a promise to yourself to “do better” next time.
But what if there was a track that includes all of the things you love AND simultaneously supports your goals?
Wouldn’t that be way more effective?
I think so.
And I’m living proof.
I used to be super rigid with my eating and my "plan".
Did I make progress?
Sure I did.
Was it enjoyable?
Yeah, for about the first week.
Then it became a nightmare.
Counting calories, keeping track of macros, trying to follow my meal plan to
a T, etc.
But that period of my life is over becasue I know so much more and Iknow how unnecessary it is. I know I can still maintain the level of leanness that I feel comfortable with while enjoying date nights and food that serves the purpose of just being super delicious....without feeling that I've gone "off track" every time I do.
If you haven’t found that track yet...I can help you find it.
Hit reply to this email and say “no more macros” and I’ll send you over my guide that gives you a step by step process to getting and staying lean while still being able to go on date nights and enjoy foods that you've always thought and been told are "off limits".
Trust me, it’s more fun this way.
I think Barbara agrees too.

P.S. “Kevin, I cannot say enough about your program. I tell every single person I see. I am about 10 weeks into the program and have lost 15 pounds. The program is so simple. It is black and white, which makes it so much more manageable. Not only have I lost weight, I truly have more energy and I am so much better mentally and emotionally.
The beauty of your program is that I can eat normally and drink my wine on weekends and on vacation and then jump right back into it when I return! I will keep spreading the word!!!
