  During my typical week I am eating WAY MORE than I am fasting.


  So why would someone want to go for stretches of time without eating?


  Well, I did a quick Google search on what fasting can do for your body (and mind) and here's what came up:

  Not too bad, huh?


  Weight loss, boosted brain function, increase in lifespan, preventing cancer, etc.?


  There are many others too like reducing inflammation, increasing your energy, helping with sleep, etc.


  There's not much that fasting doesn't help with in terms of your health and vitality.


  That's why I can't stop talking about it.


  Not only is it great for weight loss, but it has all of the incredible benefits I just mentioned.


  I call it a miracle drug.


  We all know of the actual drugs out now to help people lose weight; Wegovy, Ozempic, etc.


  Guess what those drugs do?


  They suppress your appetite.


  Guess what fasting does?


  It suppresses your appetite.
