Hey Friend,


  Did you ever stop to think about the concept of weight loss and how easy it is?


  I mean, did you ever REALLY think about it?


  Beacuse if you did, you would realize that "how to lose weight" is one of the easiest concepts in the world to grasp.


  Let's use a few analogies.


  If you want your car to run out of gas, you don't put gas in the tank, right?


  If you want your bank account to get lower, you don't put money into it, right?


  So if you want to lose weight, you shouldn't put food into your body, right?


  Or at least you should cut back on how much you put in.


  So why don't people understand that?


  I don't think it's that they don't understand it, I think they have a hard time actually doing it.


  With all of that being said, there are a bunch of ways to eat less, right?


  You can cut down on the amount of carbs you eat, you can stop eating after 7:00 pm, you can skip one of the snacks you usually have, you can cut out sugar, etc.


  The list goes on and on.


  The key with all of this though, is finding something that works for you Friend.


  Everyone is different. We can't deny that.


  You might not have a hard time cutting back on carbs, but your friend can't do it!


  Your other friend might find it very easy tonot eat after 7:00 pm, but there's no chance in hell you're giving up your 8:00 pm snack.


  And guess what, you can both still lose weight.


  There's not really a right or a wrong.


  There's only a "does this fit with my lifestyle and is it something I can see myself doing for a really long time?"


  And when you find what that is, roll with it.


  Don't let anyone tell you otherwise.


  If it works for you, that's al that matters.


  Now, there's one caveat to all of this.


  Something's are healthier to do than others.


  And if you care about your health as much as you care about losing weight (which you should), then you have to take that into consideration.


  I'm not going to tell you what's healthy and what's not, I have my opinions and you'll have to form your own.


  Because the debates will go on long after we're both not here anymore.


  Things like carnivore vs plant based, carbs are good vs carbs are bad, saturated fat will kill you vs saturated fat is actually good for you, eat 5-6 times a day vs eat 1-2 times a day, etc..


  I do know this much....what I teach in my F.A.T. Method program is a VERY HEALTHY way to lose weight. It helps things like increasing your energy levels, improving your sleep, decreasing your bloating and inflammation, lessening your risk of developing alzheimer's or dementia, etc.

  There's one other thing I do know...and it's that sugar is not something you should be eating (or drinking) a lot of. I think that's undeniably one of the worst things you can put into your body.


  A little here and there is fine.


  But most people consume WAY too much.
