Subject: Friend, is it possible to not feel guilty after?

Hey Friend,

  The weekend is upon us.

Nothing like a weekend in the summer, right?

Whether you have plans to hit up the beach, a pool party, a BBQ or maybe just hanging around your house and enjoying the warm weather and the time off from work (unless you have to work on the weekends. If so..sorry :(

No matter what you do, the weekend probably means a little break from your normal schedule.

And as I said a few weeks ago, this probably means a break from your "normal" eating that you do Monday through Friday.

This happens to millions of Americans all over the country, every weekend.

And no exception to that would be one of my clients. We'll call her "Betty" for the time being.

Betty's break from her schedule didn't happen over the weekend though, it happend during the week.

Betty visited a friend who has a summer beach house.

It was kind of like a "girls trip" I guess you could say.

Maybe 4 or 5 women, getting together, enjoying each other's company, laughing, telling stories, etc.?

And when any group of people get together, what's usually part of that get together?

  FOOD of course.

Many celebratory moments and get togethers involve food, right?

That's completely normal and I don't think there's anything wrong with that.

As I see it, there are 2 ways that Betty could have approached this get together and the food dilemma.

She could have prepared and planned for it by bringing her own healthy food or only had the healthy food that was offered like veggies, fruit, etc.

That to me sounds boring and awful.

  "So what's option #2 Alex?"

Or she could have just eaten whatever was offered at the get together, enjoyed herself, had a great time, guilt-free, and not stressed at all.

"A-Ha, but that's the key word (or compound word)...GUILT-FREE.

You see, the problem here Friend, is that Betty, like almost everyone, could never have it both ways.

It was either eat only healthy foods and miss out on the "tasty/good" stuff but have no guilt. Or eat the tasty/good stuff and be flooded with guilt afterwards.

But here's the real groundbreaking moment that happened to Betty on this trip.

She had the tasty/good food AND she had NO GUILT!

Never before has this happened to her.

  NEVER!

And it's not as though Betty is in her 20's and this was all new to her.

Betty has been to her fair share of vacations and get togethers in her lifetime, just as I'm sure you have Friend.

So for her to eat what she ate (tasty/good/not so healthy foods) and not feel guilty about it for the first time is really a life altering experience.

I know that sounds dramatic, but if you've been in Betty's shoes, I'm sure you agree.

So why, for the first time, did Betty have no guilt after eating the not so healthy foods?

Because, as she put it in her own words..."I know what to do. I'm just going to fast. And if I did gain any weight, it will come right off."

And that right there is an A-HA moment.

  Clarity.

  Liberation.

  Freedom.

Yes, all of those feelings and emotions are what Betty is now experiencing since joining my program.

My program that centers around fasting and shows you how fasting is an absolute game changer for your weight, your health, your sanity and for your life.

Betty is in week #3 of the program now and, listen to this, we still haven't even gone into the specifics on what she's eating (how about that for a weight loss program!).

Almost every other program by now would have had Betty counting her calories, tracking her macros, weighing her food, etc.

And she probably would have been told to eat vegetables, fruit and grilled chicken on her girls trip.

And if she did slip up and have pizza or dessert, the "expert" would have adjusted her calories and her macros the following day to make up for her "slip up".

  That. Sounds. Awful!

Oh...and by adjusting her program in that way, guess what else would have come along with that?

  Yep, you guessed it.....GUILT.

Friend, if you're done with feeling guilty and you want to enjoy the summer months and the food that comes along with it, WITHOUT FEELING GUILTY, then fasting and my Built To Fast Program might be just what you need.

Reply back to this email and let me know that you're ready to get started.

Oh yeah, the other nice benefit is that in about 8 weeks time, you could be down anywhere between 15-20 lbs.

As hundreds of people who have gone through my program have said, "I really wish I would have found out about this sooner."

Kevin

P.S. Anne went through my program and before her 8 weeks was up she sent me a testimonial. I guess she was pretty excited!!!
“One of the best decisions I made in my life was joining this program. Never in my life have I lost 16 lbs. in just 7 weeks. I can fit into my old clothes again, I feel good about myself and I’ll be doing this for the rest of my life! Thank you so much Kevin!”
