Hey Friend,

  So how was your weekend?

  Mine was pretty good. Nothing too exciting and nothing worth sharing. Sometimes those are the good ones though right? Kind of low key, just hanging around and doing what you want to do.

  I digress.

  I have something set up in my gmail account so that every Sunday I get the top 20 or so articles from all over the internet that mention the word fasting.

  One of the ones I got yesterday had the heading of, "Is fasting really healthy for you?"


  Well, as you can imagine, that piqued my curiosity.


  And the interesting part was that it was an article from an Indian website.


  I figured, Ok, great, let's see what they're saying in other parts of the world about fasting.


  And I wasn't surprised at all from what I read.

  Check this out:

  Dr. Deepak Krishnamurthy, who is the had of the department of Interventional Cardiology seems to think pretty highly of fasting.

  So why do U.S. doctors not think so highly of it?

  Or do they, but most of them are shut down because of everything revolving around money, like I've said over and over again?

  I think it's the same reason why a lot of foods and ingredients are banned in Europe, but they fly off the shelves in the U.S.

  Things like Ritz crackers, Coffee Mate, Pillsbury biscuits, etc.

  Yes, those are just a few of the foods that are banned in Europe.

  Why are they banned? Trans Fasts.

  Not here though. Trans fats are rampant and the food companies have no shame in putting them in everything. They like us plump and sick!

  There's no money to be made in healthy people, right?

  I've researched fasting for years. Literally for years. And there is nothing on the planet that comes close to the benefits that fasting can give you.


  And the more and more research that comes out, the better and better it looks.


  I've been offering my group coaching program (which is mainly about fasting) for 4 years now and I'm making a change to it.

  I'm taking a more personal approach.

  Personal programs that will be tailor made to each individual. Personal Zoom calls. Personal interaction with me as your coach.
