Hey Friend,
Weight loss should be done slowly if you want it to stay off.
Is that true?
I actually disagree with that.
We've been told that we should only lose 1-2 pounds a week because anything more than that is unhealthy and it will only come right back on.
FALSE!
Let's examine that a little bit.
If you go the traditional route of counting calories, counting macros, doing more cardio, etc. the chances of you losing a lot of weight are slim to none.
You'll actually be lucky if you do lose 1 to 2 pounds per week by following this strategy.
And here's the thing....
you have to be PERFECT in order to achieve that.
You can't have a splurge meal on the weekend, you can't go over your calories and you better be sure not to miss your cardio sessions.
So, how many people can be perfect all the time?
Not very many.
And when you can't be perfect, guess what happens?
You don't lose weight, you get frustrated, you get mad at yourself and think it's your fault.
But all along, you were set up to fail.
I've seen people lose 5-6 pounds in ONE WEEK.
And guess, what?
They weren't perfect.
They didn't have to be.
And they wouldn't know how to be perfect anyway.
Because there were no calories to count, no macros to count, and no cardio to do.
Oh, and they got to eat what they wanted.
It's hard to mess that up.
I've also seen hundreds of people lose 20-25 pounds in 8 weeks.
The "average" weight we're supposed to lose is between 1 to 2 pound per week, so let's say 1.5 to average it out.
That would be about a 12 pound loss in 8 weeks.
If someone is 20, 30, 40+ pounds overweight, why should weight loss take that long?
It shouldn't.
But that's what the"experts" will tell you.
I don't really know why they say that.
I guess because they don't know that it's possible to lose more than that...and keep it off.
As I said, I've seen it with hundreds of people.
The days of losing 1 to 2 pounds per week are done as far as I'm concerned.
The people I work with are shattering those numbers and leaving their friends and family amazed at how fast they're losing.
It's the ON / OFF switch I've talked about.
And when it's turned ON, the fat burning goes through the roof.
Reply back to this email if you want details on how the switch works and how you can get access to it ASAP.
Memorial Day is 6 weeks away.
There's still time to turn that switch ON and watch the fat melt OFF.
It's up to you though Friend.
