Subject: Friend, is it always about weight loss? (and 2 ALL NEW options!)

  I hope you're enjoying your weekend!


I was talking to someone this morning about weight loss and of course, I mentioned fasting.

They weren't that familiar with it, especially as a way to lose weight. That in and of itself always shocks me when people don't think of fasting as a way to lose weight. The idea behind fasting is that you're not eating! LOL!

Not eating and weight loss go hand in hand, don't they? If you don't eat, you will lose weight. Sometimes I just want to say, "Hello McFly?!?!?" to some of these people!

Anyway, I digress. :)

So, what I wanted to mention to you is that what often happens when I talk about fasting is I almost always find myself talking about the benefits other than weight loss (even though that's a big one!), because there are SO MANY.

Things like:

*Reducing inflammation (think aches and pains)
*More energy (no more mid day slump)
*Better mental clarity (no more forgetting)
*Lower blood pressure (no BP meds)
*Possibly preventing cancer (WOW!)
*Possibly preventing Alzheiimer's and Dementia (double WOW!)

I don't know exactly how old you are Friend, but I think these are all things that someone who is past their 30's or 40's should definitely be thinking about (high BP, cnacer, Alzheimer's, etc.).

Of course, these things can happen to anyone, but I'm all in for reducing my chances as much as possible.

We've all known a family member or a friend who, once they get older, is on medication for high BP, has aches and pains (inflammation), no energy, forgetful, etc. The list goes on and on.

It's not often that you see someone in their senior years who is as graceful and as healthy as they were in their 30's or 40's. But why not?

I plan on being that person :)

Now again, nobody knows what will happen as they grow old...but why not give yourself the best chance at avoiding all of the above?

FASTING PROMOTES LONGEVITY

One of the things I'm doing starting next month (May 1st) is I'm offering my 8 week program (BUILT TO FAST) more often. I used to only run a few groups a year.


But no more.


It's way too healthy and life changing to limit it to just a few times a year.


And it will be offered 2 different ways (we'll call them option A and option B).

Option A will be much more "hand-holding" and private coaching and it will be offered 12 times a year starting on May 1st and then the first of every month after that (June 1st, July 1st, August 1st, etc.).

This will be for anyone who is unsure about fasting and wants to be able to ask me personal questions (they'll get my personal email address) and get coached by me during the 8 weeks. There will be a private community and a weekly Zoom with me and the other people going through the program.

I'm offering a nice discount now for the May 1st group (reply back to this email if you want the details). I'm only taking on taking on 10 people for the first group in May.

Option B is a more self-directed program. The info will remain the same but this will be more suited for someone who feels they just need the info and they are somewhat slef motivated. Kind of like, "Just tell me what to do and I can do it myself". :)

There will be a private community for these people to ask questions, but they won't have access to me personally or to the Q n A Zoom calls.

This option will be open all the time and you can sign up for it whenever you want.

The cost for this option B is less than option A (no surprise there right?) :)
