Picture this, you hop on your phone or your laptop and you're searching videos on YouTube and, lo and behold, you see a video with this guy! (this guy being.....ME!).
That's right, that's the goal. To get me and the F.A.T. Method program plastered all over YouTube. But I'm going to need your help.
2 things specifically. Can you please go to my YouTube page (the link is below) and subscribe to my channel.
I'll be posting a lot more videos now since that's the wave of the future, and it's much quicker than typing up emails, and a lot more FUN!
One of the main parts of my YouTube channel is going to be my "What Happens on the Porch stays on the Porch" series. Those are going to be videos of me talking about topics in the fitness and nutrition world that are viewed at as true but really aren't. You can go to the channel now to subscribe and see the videos that I have so far. This will give you a better idea of what my objective is with these videos.
So the second thing I'd love for you to do is just reply back to this email with some suggestions or ideas on what you'd like to see me talk about in my "Porch" series videos.
And lastly, remember that we're re-releasing The F.A.T. Method program direct to the general public (YOU! :) very soon.
It's better than ever and has a lot of really great upgrades, one of the main ones being the app that the program now comes with.
