Hey Friend,
"Take your target body weight and multiply it by 11. Then take that number and figure out how many times per day you are going to eat, let's say it's 4. Then multiply that number by 4. Then, take that number and multiply it by .8-1.2 and that will give you how many calories from protein you should get per meal. And then we'll do the same thing for carbs and.....".
HOLY COW!
That is, word for word, a video I saw on Instagram yesterday from a weight loss coach explaining how you should set up your eating if you want to lose weight.
There is no way in hell you will ever catch me doing anything like that.
Nor will I ever tell my clients to do anything like that.
Does that sound enjoyable to you?
I want to know what this person does when they go out to eat. Do they do all of those calculations at the restaurant?
Or what about if they go to a BBQ, or go to a friend's house for dinner, or go on vacation?
And what happens if they exceed their numbers on any given day? Do they have to subtract them from the following day's numbers?
As I've said before Friend, this is SO unnecessary for weight loss and it's not something that most people want to do. They think they have to do it in order to lose weight. Nothing could be further from the truth.
Imagine 50 years ago telling someone to do this to lose weight?
They would probably laugh at you and say, "Umm, no thanks, I just won't eat as much."
And doesn't that sound like it makes so much sense?
Of course it does, because........it does!
My mission over the last 5 years has been to show the general public, people like you and me Friend, that weight loss doesn't have to be so complicated.
You certainly don't need a math degree to figure it all out!
Multiply this, divide that, multiply again by .8-1.2, blah blah blah.
Doesn't that all seem crazy?
I would imagine it does.
And hopefully you've heard me talk about flexible fasting and how easy it is to add that to your life.
And not only is it easy and very productive for weight loss, but the health benefits it brings are through the roof.
I explain all of it in my Flexible Fasting Guide.
If you don't have a copy yet, and you'd like one, just reply back to this email and say GUIDE, and I'll email you a copy.
No questions asked. I won't start badgering you with questions. :)
I just want to get it into as many hands as possible.
Ok Friend, enjoy your weekend and remember...it's ok to go a little while without food.
Your waistline (and your entire body) will thank you tremendously. :)
