Well, long time no talk, huh? I find that most people are very busy during the summer months so I tend to NOT send out too many emails during that time.
I also feel that once the summer is here, you've either done the "work" already to be in shape for the summer or you've decided this is not going to be your summer to look good (again!).
Maybe that's not a great way of looking at it. Let's be honest though, in order to feel and look good by July 4th, which just passed us by, you should have been taking the necessary steps months ago. You can't expect to look good by July 4th if you only started getting serious about losing weight on June 27th, right?
So to get you motivated to look and feel good for the rest of the summer, I've decided to issue a challenge. This one is going to do with exercising. More specifically, the UPPER body. So think of shoulders, arms and chest.
