Subject: Friend, here are the top 20 weight loss foods

Hey Friend,

  Ok, the weekend is here and I thought what better way to kick it off than with the top 20 weight loss foods!


  Do you have any idea what foods might be on the list?


  I bet if you know anything about nutrition, you're going to guess things like grilled chicken. Right?


  And probably fruit?


  Maybe vegetables?


  Yogurt?


  Well, I won't keep you in suspense any longer.


  And I made a nice handy graphic that you can print out and put in your pocket or purse so you always have the list with you:

  Oh man...what a bummer that is right?


  But let's dissect that for a quick second Friend.


  I want you to really think about this just for a minute.


  When anyone loses weight are they really losing weight from eating grilled chicken? Can you physically eat a piece of grilled chicken (or fruit or vegetables or yogurt, etc.) and think that you will seriously lose weight from eating that food?


  If you have half of a brain (and you are reading my newsletter so I know you have at least half, probably a full brain) you know that it is physically impossible to eat any food and lose weight from it.


  Even "healthy" foods have calories, right?


  So what is it that causes weight loss when people eat those types of foods regularly?


  It's numbers 7 thru 20 in the graph that sum it all up.


  If you're eating mostly grilled chicken, lean meats, fruits, vegetables, yogurt, etc. that means that you are NOT EATING or eating VERY LITTLE of things like chips, crackers, sweets, processed foods, foods high in sugar, etc. The very foods that will cause you to gain weight!


  Does that make sense?


  I hope so, because it should.


  When you think of weight loss (and health) in this way, it changes the whole game.


  It no longer becomes a game of, "What should I eat to lose weight", or "what kind of meal plan should I follow to lose weight"?


  That's making weight loss way too difficult and creating a lot of unnecessary thinking for your brain.


  As I've said many times, weight loss is very simple.


  VERY SIMPLE.


  Our society has just made it seem like it's a complicated equation that you need an 'experts' help with.


  Now, getting back to those foods I mentioned above; the chips, sweets, crackers, etc.


  I'm not saying that you can never eat those again.


  In fact, I encourage all of my Built To Fast people to eat those things from time to time.


  Every day?


  No.


  Every once in a while?


  Absolutely.


  And when you only have those things once in a while, and you combine different types of intermittent fasting with healthy eating most of the time....it's a recipe for big time weight loss and optimal health.


  So Friend, from here on out, when you see a Top 10 or Top 20 list of the best foods for weight loss, turn and run.


  You know there is no such thing.
