Hey Friend,


  I hope you had a great weekend.

  I have a quick story to share with you.

  I thought recently about how sporadic I am with my emails that I send to you. And it occurred to me...there's a reason for that.


  I truly believe that what has been said in the fitness/weight loss industry has already been said over a thousand times (if not more!).


  You probably don't want, nor do you need, multiple emails from me every week about things like "work out in the morning so you start your day right!" Or "be sure to eat less processed foods and more real foods that are grown in the ground and not in a chemical plant.".

  In fact, there was a period of time before the pandemic, in which I wrote a blog post every day for a full year. That's right. I wrote 365 blog posts. One every day (it was actually more than that) for a full year straight.


  And guess what....nobody cared! LOL


  Sad but true.


  Because guess what? Although the blog posts were well written and contained great information, they didn't saprk any emotion inside of anyone. At least most of them didn't :)


  So when do I send you emails now? I'll be 100% honest, it's usually when I am promoting my next group for my F.A.T. Method Program.


  Why is that?

  Simple. Because I don't think anyone really cares about all of the other stuff that I have to say. That stuff is what I consider "fluff". Let me give you an example.

  If you're interested in losing weight, would you rather hear about how drinking more water throughout the day will help you feel better and possibly help you lose more weight. Or does this get you more excited and wanting to know more:
