So, I posted 2 pictures of me at 2 different times in my life on my Facebook account.

ON / OFF Switch
The picture on the left is from this past summer, so about 8 months ago.
The picture on the right was taken about 8 YEARS ago.
Both pictures were the result of The F.A.T. Method.
What I mean by that is I was following the same eating plan for both pictures.
The eating plan I teach in my F.A.T. Method Program.
I don't like the way I look on the left.
Too skinny (I know, great problem to have, right?)
But what I've realized from both pictures is that The F.A.T. Method is really like your own personal ON / OFF switch for losing weight.
I took it a little too far this past summer and I got down to the leanest weight I have been since I've been an adult.
That's the honest truth.
I wanted to get really lean and I did.
But it turns out, I didn't really like the way I looked.
So guess what, I won't ever get that lean again.
But if I ever want to, I can.
Remember, I have my ON / OFF switch.
So this summer, I'm going to be shooting for the look on the right from about 8 years ago.
And I know exactly what to do to get there.
I won't be counting calories, counting macros (except making sure I get enough protein) or doing lots of cardio.
In fact, the ON / OFF switch will be set to cruise control in about a week because I'm pretty lean right now.
I'll maybe lose a few more pounds of fat during this week and then I'll spend the next few months slowly building a few more pounds of muscle.
There's a process, a METHOD, and it's super simple to follow and I know I'm guaranteed to reach my exact goals.
Do you have a process, or a method, to get you to your goals?
Are you able to go into fat loss mode with a simple ON / OFF button?
Can you lose 3-5 pounds whenever you want?
Can you turn the "switch" off when you've reached your goal and just be in cruise control, a.k.a maintenance?

It's not too late.
On other plans or programs it would be too late to get any impactful weight loss in such a short time.
Not when you have the ON / OFF switch though.
