So, I don't normally do this but I got into it with another fitness professional on Facebook!
I know, I know...how could I stoop so low!
It's very unlike me, but hey, I'm human, right? (or am I???)
Anyway, I had made a post about how it is unnecessary to count calories, track macros, follow a meal plan or buy special "weight loss" foods in order to lose weight.
He went nuts!!!
"How can you say something like that? That's why so many people in this country are overweight! It's people like you who are bringing our industry down!"
Whoa! Hold on a minute there buddy!
Let's take a look at what I said for a minute.
Do you mean to tell me that in the history of our world, no one has been able to lose weight unless they have done those 4 things?
Think about that for a second.
Many years ago, people wouldn't have the slightest clue in what the hell you were talking about if you even mentioned any of those things.
Why do we make it so hard on people to lose weight?
I countered his statements by saying that I think that's actually why Americans are so overweight. Because they think that unless they do stuff like that, then they have no chance in losing weight. So they don't even try.
Let's be honest, who really enjoys counting calories, tracking macros, following a strict meal plan, buying special foods, etc.?
I know not many people.
I'm curious, do you do any of those Friend?
I used to....many years ago.
No chance in hell now.
As I said, it's unnecessary.
And to be honest, I find it unnecessary because of my F.A.T. Method program.
It's changed the game for me on so many levels.
And it's done the same for the 3,000+ others who have followed it and made it their lifestyle.
I wish more people knew how powerful this way of eating and living was.
And not only that, but it's super healthy also.
Well Friend, I'm doing my best to get the word out about it and I do that by offering an 8 week program that shows you how awesome this lifestyle is.
Aside from major weight loss, many people going through the program experience better sleep, more energy, less bloating, better memory, etc. to name a few.
My next group starts September 11th.
The summer will be over at that point, kids (if you have any) are back in school and we all kind of get back to our routines.
