Hey Friend,
So, there have been numerous studies that have come out over the last few months/years that have shown that fasting (going an extended period of time without eating) will produce the same results as just reducing your overall calories.
But I have a huge problem with all of these studies, for one main reason.
Do you want to know what it is?
Ok, I'll tell you.
All of these studies mention that when the subjects were not fasting and they were eating, that they were free to eat whenever they wanted and however much they wanted.
Pardon my French and pardon my 80's slang, but....NO SHIT SHERLOCK!
Anybody who thinks they can fast for 16 hours and then during their 8 hour eating window they can eat burgers, hot dogs, Doritos, Ice cream, etc. and still lose weight, isn't playing with a full deck.
But once again, I think that's how the media wants to portray fasting. They don't want the public to think it's valuable or any better than just reducing your calories.
And why is that?
If you've been reading my emails you'll know that the answer to that is, MONEY!
That's right. I don't know exactly how it works, but the media is contolled by this and then this is controlled by that and in the end, you can follow the trail back to money. I'm not 100% certain, but I'm pretty damn sure that's the case.
And that's why there's people like me who are taking a stand against mainstream media and the fallacies that are being told about health, weight loss, etc.
Think about the world we live in in which Weight Watcher's is selling Ozempic? How insane is that???? And a recent article in March talked about how the Ozempic craze was about to hit gyms. WOW!
If you have diabetes and you need Ozempic, that's fine. But there are way too many people that don't want to put in the work to lose weight and are too quick to turn to these new weight loss drugs.
That's not the topic of this email, so I'll end it there with the weight loss drugs.
Getting back to fasting vs reducing calories, here's also why there's a big difference between the two.
I'm going to give you a little physiological explanation here. But bear with me, it's very easy to understand.
There are physiological things that happen in your body when you eat (even if it's very little) that don't happen when you don't eat (a.k.a...fast).
The main thing is that your insulin levels go up when you eat, regardless of how much or how little you eat. When your insulin level goes up, your glucagon level is suppressed and goes down.
And this is not good because glucagon is responsible for helping your body break down fat.
And you can't burn fat unless it is broken down first.
That means fat burning comes to a halt.
So yes, fasting and eating low calories produce very different outcomes.
I go over all of this in my Built To Fast program.
I've had over 700 people go through my program and the results they've gotten have been off the charts. I'll put the amount of testimonials I have and the quality of my testimonials up against any other trainer or gym or weight loss program. ANY!
I'm taking on 2 more people to get started with me on Monday.
I have a money back guarantee. It's hard to find a money back guarantee these days with anything, especially weight loss.
But, I put my money where my mouth is and I want to make this as risk free as possible for you.
I can't think of any better way than with a money back guarantee.
So, if reducing your calories isn't working for you and you want to go to a BBQ this summer and still be able to have a burger, some chips and a glass of wine AND still lose weight, this is for you.
Reply back to this email before the last 2 spots are taken.
I promise you it will be the best decision you've made for your health, your weight and your life.
I know, that's a BOLD promise.
Let me prove it to you. :)

P.S. See if you can relate to what Shannon said about her struggles before signing up with me:
“I can’t say enough great things about this program! It has truly changed
me! During the 8 week program, I lost 20.6 pounds and feel healthier
then I can remember feeling in a very long time! I have to admit that I
never thought I could do it and I have to say, it was easier than I thought it
would be! I am 45 years old and have had 3 kids and have tried (or at least
it felt like I tried) just about everything out there to try to lose weight and I
never came anywhere close to having the success I did with this! The
weight came off easily and consistently and continues to come off still! I
now have the tools I need to continue!”
