Subject: Friend, at first, this might seem a little crazy.

Hey Friend,

What if you tried something radically different.

Crazy, even. :)

Just stick with me for a second.

Imagine this...

You wake up in the morning and you don't mindlessly have something to eat.

You drink some water, do whatever you need to do as part of your morning routine and then...

You get on with your day.

Maybe you get a workout in or take a nice walk.

And then it's time to get started with your day; on your way to work, dealing with the kids, making. phone calls, etc.

You don't worry about what to eat.

You don't worry if what you're eating is 'healthy'.

You don't have to prepare food, put it away or clean any of it up.

So you're still doing what it is you're doing (working, making phone calls, running errands, taking care of the kids, etc) and you are feeling in the groove and being very productive.

Are you a little hungry during the day? You might be. Especially if it's your first time going without breakfast and lunch.

But guess what?

You totally get used to it.

AND....you're actually kind of liking how you feel.

Bacause, oddly enough, you feel that you have more energy, you feel like you have a second gear and it's a great feeling!

You also know, from reading my emails, that you're probably burning a lot of fat at this point, so you feel great about that too.

And ultimately, you know that you'll be eating dinner so you are looking forward to that.

So now it's dinner time and you sit down to eat dinner with your family and the really crazy thing is that as hungry as you were right before eating dinner, you don't eat nearly as much as you thought you would.

It's funny how the body reacts after going without food for an extended period of time.

So you eat until you're full and then that's it.

Then, you have some time to chill out, maybe watch a little Netflix, maybe do some reading, or whatever it is you do at night to unwind.

And that's it.

You don't go to bed wondering if you ate healthy today.

You don't scroll through MyFitnessPal or some other kind of tracking device to make sure everything was accounted for.

You just go to bed knowing that what you did for your body today was a good thing and you feel really good about yourself (you might even feel a little bit lighter ;)

And guess what, you might even do it again in 3 or 4 days.

Oh, and I forgot to mention that overall you actually feel pretty damn good.

More energy.

More clarity.

Rested.

Recovered.

Way less stress and anxiety.

And this, Friend, becomes the norm.

This is how you feel on a regular basis.

All while losing weight and being healthier than you've ever been.

Does this all sound too good to be true?

If it does, I would argue that your mindset might need a little adjustment.

If you can't see this as something that's possible, it will never be your reality.

But that's the end game.

Or at least it should be, right?

To have energy, to feel rested, to stress less and to be at a weight that you feel good at and also one that you look good at.

This will look slightly different for each individual.

But those are the minor details that make us who we are as individuals.

And it's what puts the 'flexible' in my Flexible Fasting program.

The basic gist remains the same though.

Is that what you want for yourself?

Please let me know.

I hope so.

But if it's not, that's fine too.

Because at the end of the day, it's your life, right?

Tell me if this is ultimately where you'd like to be.

Just hit reply and let me know if this sounds like something you'd be interested in.

P.S. “I am so happy I found Kevin's program. My relationship with food has always been a challenging one filled with guilt and regret every time a diet or program fails. This program has taught me so much about myself! I am in control now, not food. I have lost weight and inches which is great, but what is really life changing is how I feel about food! I have been able to do things I did not think was possible and I appreciate Kevin motivating me to do my best! This will be my way of life going forward. Thanks Kevin!!”
