TGIF, right? It's always nice to get to the end of the week and look forward to the upcoming weekend. Especially if you have some good plans.
Well, whatever your plans are, chances are they involve eating of some kind, right? And many times on the weekends, those eating plans don't involve fruits and veggies! :)
And that's fine. Your eating on the weekends will differ from your eating during the week. But it shouldn't be drastically different for the entire weekend. A few splurges here and there are ok.
