The Fasting Revolution is here.
For the last 3.5 years, I have successfully run my F.A.T. Method weight loss program.
Over that time, over 600 people have gone through the program and lost an average of 15-20 lbs.
And the way in which the outstanding results were gotten from that program has been somewhat of a secret all this time.
But not anymore.
So what is that secret?
Fasting.
Going an extended period of time without eating.
The studies have been there all along. Showing the unbelievable benefits of fasting.

Decrease in inflammation
Decrease in BP
Decrease in cholesterol
And much, much more.
But what's changed, thankfully, for all of us is that these studies and articles are finally being shown in popular magazines, newspapers, websites, and all media outlets.

This is something that I have known for a long time and why I created an entire program around it.

'Fasting is not good for you' is what they were thinking and saying.
But a lot more of the public is now seeing and experiencing these phenomenal results themselves (my program is in over 100+ gyms around the world so the number of people who have gone through the program is in the thousands!)
With my program's name, The F.A.T. Method, I even hid from everyone what the program was really about.
F.A.T. stood for Fasting Accountability Training.
The Fasting part is the cornerstone of the program. It's what gets the incredible results.
So instead of hiding it from everyone, we've changed the name.
We're not hiding it anymore.
Introducing.....BUILT TO FAST.
As humans, we are BUILT To Fast.
Our bodies are made to go several hours without food. It's what made our ancestors strong and resilient and it's why they were all mostly thin with obesity not even close to being the global 'pandemic' that it is today.
The BUILT TO FAST program is the only one of its kind teaching people how to fast easily and successfully and without any of the negativity that they may think of when they think of fasting.
Our program also goes into what you're eating (and when and how much) when you're not fasting, exercise, sleep, etc.
But the simplicity is one of the best parts of the program.
There are so many other programs that will have your head spinning with calorie counting, macro tracking, meal prepping, spreadsheets, food diaries, etc.
With its "1 Rule" philosophy, BUILT TO FAST is not just the healthiest weight loss program on the planet, it is by far the easiest to follow and transition into becoming your lifestyle.

Also with the new porgram will be a new community. This time it won't be on Facebook. It will be a separate web-site just for our community with no distractions.
