Hey Friend,
Do you ever think about how the diet industry is completely saturated with info on how to "help" you lose weight.
I typed in the word "diet" on Amazon under Books and over 60,000 books came up.
Think about that for a second. SIXTY THOUSAND! How is that possible?
Now I will say this. There is definitely more than one way to lose weight. BUT, EVERY single one of them will have you consuming less calories than you are right now. If you want to lose weight, you will have to take in less calories than you are taking in now.
PERIOD. END OF STORY. Kind of.....
If you don't want to go the "eat less" route, then you will can still eat the same but you'll have to burn more calories than you are now through exercise/movement.
I will tell you this though. Doing it the "eat the same but burn more calories through exercise" way is MUCH harder than the eat less way.
So why would anyone need to buy a book on dieting? Why are we so naive to this? What do they think they are going to find out in a book about how to lose weight?
As I said earlier. It's a matter of consuming less calories than you are right now. That's really all it comes down to.
With that said, there are a few ways you can go about taking in fewer calories.
Do you agree with this?
I'd love to hear your thoughts Friend. Feel free to reply to this email and let me know what you think.
