Hi Friend,
So, there seems to be an overwhelming majority of people who are happier being overweight, unhealthy, stiff, less mobile, unenergetic and reliant on blood pressure medications, high cholesterol medications, etc.
that sounds so odd doesn't it?
But think about it for a minute. How many people do you know that fit the bill for 2 out of those 7 things listed above? 3 out of 7? 4 out of 7? What about all of them?
Quite a few. And you could be one of them. I don't know.
And it boggles my mind. It really does.
I'm not sure and I don't understand in this day and age, with what we know about exercising and eating healthier, how anyone in their right mind could allow themselves to get that out of shape, that out of health that they are ok with being overweight, less mobile, reliant on drugs and medications, etc.
I know that part of the answer is that it's easy to just do nothing. It's easy to eat chips in front of the TV watching Netflix all night. It's easy to stay in bed and not set the alarm earlier in the AM to wake up and workout. It's easy (and fun) to drink on the weekends and remain pretty much sedentary.
But is that what you really want?
The trade off is that as you get older you don't look good, you don't feel good, you don't have as much energy, things start to hurt, you can't forget to take your (meds which also cause you to retain water and feel bloated all the time). And then you have a good chance of possibly cutting your life short
That sounds like fun!!! :)
Now what about the opposite. What about growing older and being thin and in good shape? Feeling great all the time. Full of energy. Nothing hurts. You don't have any meds to take because you are thriving and living life on your terms with the feeling you had when you were in your 20's.
Sign me up for that.
And guess what? It's possible.
But if you want that to be you, it's gotta start now Friend.
And you know what it starts with? It starts with getting your weight under control if you're overweight. That's first and foremost. Everything is more difficult when you are overweight. And all of those negative things that happen to your body as you get older, happen mostly to anyone who is overweight.
If this hit a nerve at all and you want to do something about your weight. I can help.
I've helped over 250+ already this year.
Reply to this email and I'll fill you in on the details of my 8 week program that will help you lose anywhere from 15-20 pounds (and possibly more).
Remember Friend, you still have a lot of your life ahead of you. How do you want to feel....and look....and function every day?
