"Well Linda, let's take a look at your food log. Oh, here it is right here. Remember that day when you had 6 ounces of chicken. Well, you were only supposed to have 4 ounces. And to make things worse, a few days after the chicken fiasco you put that splash of milk in your coffee."
WTF???
LMAO!!!
This kind of stuff really drives me insane.
THAT IS NOT WHY LINDA IS NOT LOSING WEIGHT.
She's probably not losing weight because she is so damn stressed out about following her meal plan to a T and scared to death that she might go over her calorie total for the day, every day!
THIS IS NO WAY TO LIVE LIFE!
I sneak in pieces of chocolate all the time (and so do my clients).
I have no idea how many ounces my chicken, or my hamburger or my steak is (and neither do my clients).
I put lots of dressing on my salad (and so do my clients).
