Hey Friend,


  Well, let me explain the subject line of this email.

  The F.A.T. Method is far from done. What I meant by that was it's being put on hold for the summer. So I'm not taking on any new clients right now until September 5th, when the next group will begin.

  The truth of the matter is, I've been doing a lot of research on the principles behind The F.A.T. Method and what I've found out is that what I teach in the program is more and more valuable and healthy with each passing day, week, month, etc.

  More doctors are getting on board with it and new studies are coming out every day proving its worth. I really do think it's the way the future is heading in terms of eating and nutrition.


  Eating so much (super size, huge portions, all you can eat, etc.) is taking its toll on people and they've had enough. They know there has to be a better way, they just don't know what it is (hint: The F.A.T. Method).

  So I am absolutely continuing with The F.A.T. Method and I'm actually tweaking and redesigning the program to make it more affordable for everyone.


  My next group will be starting on September 5th. The summer will be over, kids are back in school, the BBQ's and vacations are over (for the most part :), etc.

  I'm also going to cap out at somewhere between 40-50 people (last September I had 43 people join). It's a good enough number in which I can keep tabs on everyone, but it's also a good number that keeps the private Facebook group active with lots of questions, discussions, etc.

  As I said Friend, I'm making it more affordable for everyone. I want as many people as possible to experience the power of The F.A.T. Method and this is a great way to do it.

  If you want to get more info like price, details, etc. and reserve a spot now, you can do that by replying to this email and letting me know. The best way to secure your spot is to put a small deposit down. This way you know you're guaranteed a spot.

  Ok Friend, I just wanted to shaare this with you in case you are / were thinking of losing weight and making a change to your health and your life in the near future.


  Remember, I've had over 350+ people go through the program so far and the average weight loss is between 15-20 lbs for the 8 weeks. And then many continue losing after the program is over because it becomes their lifestyle.
