  Wow...long time no talk!

  I hope you're doing well and life is fun and exciting!

  I'll cut right to the chase.

  About 2 and a half years ago I had an A-HA moment. I know that sounds dramatic, because it is :) LOL. I really mean that though, it was a real-life, OMG, A-HA moment!

  During that time, many people were joining my BUILT TO FAST program and getting some really great results from fasting and changing their lifestyles.

  And although everyone knew that when they were fasting that they couldn't eat anything, the one question that was asked over and over again was, "What can I drink when I'm fasting?" Or they would ask me about specific beverages and if those were ok to have during a fast.

  Most of the time the answer was no. Quite simply because the drink in question had calories or it had artificial sweetners. Most of the time it had both.

  So I was left recommending plain water, tea, black coffee or zero calorie seltzers like LaCroix or Bubly.

  But the last 2 drinks are basically just flavored waters. And that's fine. But they have no nutritional value at all.

  Was it possible that there were no zero calorie, zero artificial sweetener, zero artificial color, zero sugar, zero caffeine drinks on the market that also were good for you and had benefits like potassium, magnesium, zinc and Vitamin B?

  So the investigation began.

  I scoured the internet, dissected every cold vault in CVS, Target, Wal-Mart, Walgreens, etc.

  And yes, I was right.

  Nothing.

  So, the only way to have this kind of drink was to create it myself. And I enlisted the help of a friend who shared the same vision as me and we got to work.

  I will save the 2.5 year process and the details for another time. It will make for a good story on MSNBC when Fastwater gets bought out for multi millions by PepsiCo or Keurig Dr. Pepper.

  In the meantime, Fastwater is starting our journey by selling it off of our website. The web-site is done. There will be tweaks along the way, but the gist of it is complete.

  I'm not just saying this because it's my creation, but all 3 of these taste pretty damn good! And remember, no artificial junk, no calories, no sucralose, no sugar. Just carbonated water, a touch of vitamins and electrolytes, and it's sweetened with Monk fruit.

  Monk fruit is an actual fruit and it's 100 to 250 times sweeter than actual sugar. Because of that, we only put 0.39 grams in each can of Fastwater (that's less than half of 1 gram per can).

  And the really great thing about Fastwater is that it's not just for when you're fasting. It can be drunk with meals, it can be drunk while having a snack, it can be drunk during the day, at night (no caffeine),while running errands, while watching TV, at work, etc. It's the healthiest, zero calorie drink on the planet.
