Long time no talk. LOTS going on in my life as of late and one of the big things has been my weight loss program!
Many of you know about or have heard about my F.A.T. Method program.
Either you've done the 8 week program, you've seen my posts on social media, or you've gotten my emails about it.
Well, one of the big changes is the name (as you might have noticed from the logo at the top of this email).
I kept the program hidden, for a long time, behind the acronym 'F.A.T.', which stood for FASTING, ACCOUNTABILITY and TRAINING.
But fasting is too powerful, too healthy, too good to keep hiding it. And it's getting it's place in mainstream media because of that. Still not a lot of exposure though because big companies won't tout the benefits of something that they can't monetize. As the saying goes...sad but true!
But many people are doing their own homework and realizing how great it actually is. Not just for weight loss, but for overall health.
I've been saying it for years so I'm glad to see it finally getting the recognition it deserves.
What does this mean for you?
It means a redesigned program with an app, all new workouts, a weekly Zoom call (like I used to do), a better private community (not on Facebook), etc.
Memorial Day is 8 wks away from April 1st (that's not an April Fool's joke :).
And, as luck would have it, my program is 8 weeks long.
So, Friend, guess when my next group starts?
