First off, I hope you're doing well with all that's been going on in this crazy world!! This coronavirus has really turned us upside down!
There's not many places people feel "safe" going to and being that I'm a fitness trainer, I know gyms and fitness centers might be the last place people want to go to.
So I've decided to run one of my 30 Day Fat Loss Challenges. I'm calling this one the 30 Day "I can't go anywhere, especially the gym, because of the Coronavirus" Challenge. I know, it's little long, but I feel it's very fitting.
You get everything with the challenge; a 30 Day At Home Workpout Plan, a Customized Meal Plan, a Smartphone App, a Private Facebook Group, and Accountability.

I know it stinks to not be able to go places and do things. But one thing's for sure, you can still work out and eat right. That's always an option. So during this rough time, when many people will get bored and start to binge on NetFlix AND binge on unhealthy foods, do the opposite.
Start a great 'at home' workout that I'll set you up on, start eaating right with a meal plan that I'll also set you up on....and they'll still be time to watch your favorite Netflix show or documentary (I just finished the one on the Unabomber. Pretty interesting..and definitely worth a look).
