Hey Friend,
Are you interested in losing weight?
If not, this might not be for you.
But read anyway :)
If you are, what have you tried in the past that worked?
Interesting question, but I know the answer.
NOTHING.
Let me explain.
When you were in weight loss mode, chances are you weren't looking for something that would help you lsoe weight temporarily, only to then gain it back, right?
That's why I find it funny to hear people say things like, "I did Weight Watchers or I did Optavia or I did Isagenix and it worked really well for me. But when I STOPPED, I gained all the weight back".
So then we can look at this one of two ways.
Yes, those "diets" will work (all diets work because they have you eating less calories) but if you aren't able to sustain it, then did it really work?
If it doesn't become part of your lifestlye, can we call that a success?
I would say no.
Successful weight loss isn't going "on" something.
Unless that something is something that you don't ever plan on going "off".
In other words, you transition to a different way of life, specifically in terms of your nutrition/eating.
I don't think that's realistic with any program in which you are told you have to now count your calories, count your macros (many people don't even know what that means!), and/or start eating that company's "special" foods.
I'll give you a tip on that---those "special" foods are not real foods. Most of them are boxed, packaged, processed foods.
The reason you will lose weight from eating them is because they are lower in calories than what you've been eating.
I'll save you some money....eat an apple instead of a bag of chips every day. And save yourself the money and skip the unhealthy, overpriced weight loss "muffins"!
So what happens when you don't really want to count calories anymore?
And good heavens....what happens if you go over your calorie allotment for the day.
OMG...I shudder just thinking of that! LOL!
And then what do you do when you go out to eat?
Do you have to make up for the extra calories that you splurged on so now the next day you have to eat 500 calories less?
I don't know how that all works and to be honest, I don't care.
That's not how I live my life.
And neither do the F.A.T. Method-ers that have gone through my program and live their life with freedom and not tied down to MyFitnessPal to track everything they eat.
I can't imagine living like that.
Talk about a buzzkill!
How much fun can that be?
So if what you've tried in the past has worked, but then you gained the weight back, then maybe it didn't work?
And if one of those ways has been counting calories and counting macros, you're not alone.
It's too much work and chances are it won't last.
It's not your fault.
As human beings, we're not meant to track everything we put in our mouths and obsess over how many calories we're eating, how our macros oare divided every day, etc.
If you're interested in trying a new way of eating, a new way to lose weight.....
Message me back for more information on my F.A.T. Meethod Program and more specifically, my S.E.O Nutrition Plan.
I'm pretty certain you've never tried this before.
You'll be looking at the world very differently. Much freer and a lot less stress.
Oh, and you'll lose a ton of weight too 🙂
I promise you that.
Kevin
