Subject: This could be good or bad Friend, but I have to tell you...CARDIO SUCKS

           THE F.A.T. METHOD

Take your fitness and nutrition to the next level.

Hey Friend,

CARDIO SUCKS....

Yup, I said it.

I’m not a big fan of cardio these days.

I used to be.

In fact, I used to love it.

I used to run marathons and I even did an

Ironman triathlon.

So when I say CARDIO SUCKS, I mean if it's used specifically for fat loss.

I didn't do cardio to lose fat.

I did it because I actually enjoyed it and it was/is

a healthy thing to do.

But cardio for fat loss???? It sucks.

The key word here is FAT.

You will lose weight when you do cardio.

But some of that weight will be muscle and very, very

little of it will be fat.

And on top of that, you’ll have to do LOTS of it if you want

to see any results from it.

But again, these are not the results you want…trust me.

What will have more of an impact on FAT loss?

*Weight Training

*Eating (or not eating for that matter ;)

These two things will have FAR MORE impact

on your fat loss than cardio ever will.

I’ve said this before…go into any gym (Retro Fitness,

NYSC, 24 Hour Fitness) and take a peek in the cardio

section.

Who’s on the treadmills, bikes, ellipticals, etc.?

It’s usually the heavy people. The people that need to lose

the most FAT.

I’ve talked about this before, but I want to stress to you

how much of a time waster doing cardio over and over again

can be.

Don’t get me wrong, there’s nothing wrong with doing some

cardio, especially if you enjoy it.

Heck, I like to go for some walks, some jumping rope and even some runs sometimes.

But I don’t really do it with weight loss in mind.

I do it mostly for the health benefits and for peace of mind.

So the next time you feel like you need to lose some weight,

I mean FAT, pick up some dumbbells and/or dial in your nutrition/eating.

If you're interested in getting my help with any of this, please reply to this email and let's get you started.

It's not too late to lose 10-15 lbs by July 4th :)
