Subject: The diet that NEVER works?

Hey Friend,

Has anyone ever told you that each dieting attempt actually makes it harder for your future self to look the way he or she wants?

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but it's true.

There's this thing called homeostasis.

Your body kind of needs it.

And each time you move away from it (aka diet), your body fights to get it back.

The wise decision would be to listen.

But let's be honest.. we never do.

We fight.

We battle back.

And thus the tug-of-war ensues.

You may feel like you're winning and beating your body into submission.

Fighting off hunger. Pushing through the low energy. Dealing with zero sex drive and convincing yourself it's normal.

And hey! You may have even lost some weight.

Smell that victory?

Not so fast.

Your body hits you with an unexpected jab-uppercut combo and down you go.

The weight comes back.

The feelings of inadequacy seep into your pores.

And you start to question whether you'll ever get to where you want to be.

Truthfully, if you keep down the same path, the answer is no.

Because each diet moves you further away from where you need to be to finally see success.

Yet, you likely decide that it wasn't the diet that was the problem.. it was you.

Which is kind of true. You are the problem if you keep thinking another diet is the solution.

No, it wasn't because you were eating carbs.

No, it had nothing to do with your feeding widows.

No, it wasn't about your lack of discipline.

It was simply the vehicle you chose. And kept choosing.

You can dress up an ugly duckling a million different ways and it's still an ugly duckling.

So when you think the answer is 1200 calories, or keto, or whole30, or optavia, or whatever the restrictive flavor of the week is...

You're basically saying that the same broken vehicle that has failed you dozens of times will suddenly work.

It's like getting a flat tire (dieting). Then driving on that flat tire (another diet). Then driving even more on that flat tire (another diet).

Then getting out of the car and being like.. ughh I'm such a bad driver!

Ok, now let me get back in this car and try again.

And what do ya know.. it's even harder to move forward.

Because you kept doing more damage to the tire and never repaired it.

Enter: flexible fasting.

What if instead of moving away from homeostasis, you moved towards it?

What if instead of playing tug-of-war with your body, you worked together?

What if instead of looking at fasting as deprivation you looked at it as giving your digestive system and body a break from food and letting autophagy and all of the other wonderful things happen when you do this?

Well I can tell you "what if" because I see it with everyone who has worked with me.

They feel a million times better and are in shock of how much easier it is to achieve their goals with way more freedom and flexibility.

I also ensure they're able to stay consistent with the plan by understanding their unique situations and working with their personality.

It's always fun to see individuals who always thought they lacked consistency, finally realize it was never their fault.

These two core principles alone are the difference makers for most people.

Usually, I'm the last hope. My clients are often so frustrated with everything they've tried and not seeing the results they want that they almost believe it's impossible to succeed.

And then I get them exactly to where they want to be and the only thing left to say is... I wish I found you sooner.

Even worse, is if you did find me sooner but you were too afraid to reach out and then you cost yourself more time and money trying to drive on that flat tire.

If you want to repair the tire and finally achieve the body you desire while still having the freedom to enjoy your life...

Then shoot me a private message on FB or hit reply to this email.

We'll chat a little and I'll ask you a few questions to make sure you're a good fit for what I can offer you.
