Hey Friend,


  I hope you're doing well. I've been busy at work revamping my 8 week F.A.T. Method program and I've got bigger and better things on the horizon as far as that's concerned for 2022! Be on the lookout! :)


  In the meantime, I'm going to be posting a lot more FREE stuff like workouts, recipes, etc. It's much easier to post this kind of stuff in my free facebook group (but I'll let you know when I post it with a quick email like this).


  To kick things off I just posted a really quick and easy upper body workout that you can do right at home. And I'll be posting the lower body workout tomorrow as well as the Core workout and the Total Body workout as the week progresses.
