  First off, Happy Memorial Day! I hope you've enjoyed your weekend so far.

4 years ago I kicked off a pilot program with 20 people.

4 - follow this meal plan


Etc., Etc., Etc.

All of those rules mentioned above will most certainly help you lose weight. But who the heck wants to do all of that?

Every meal. Every day. Every week.   


And each of these rules requires mental energy, as well as physical energy.

How long can you keep that up?

What do you do if you go out to eat or go to a BBQ or a dinner party at a friend’s house?

What if there’s a food on your meal plan that you really don’t like?    


Most people who follow this type of plan are trainers or weight loss coaches themselves. Because they love doing that kind of stuff. It’s fun and exciting for them.

The problem I see is that most of these trainers and weight loss coaches prescribe this way of eating and living to their clients, BUT...

Their clients are not them!


That's a big issue.

It doesn’t get them excited to have to do that. It's not something they enjoy doing. It's completely foreign to them. And because of that, it’s not something that will last long term.
