Hey Friend,
I hope had a great weekend.
I had a busy one as I went and picked up my daughter from college. So a lot of driving for me. My daughter goes to school close to where my cousins live so it's always great to see all of them whenever i visit her, or in this case pick her up.
I digress.
So, let's get to the point of this quick email.
Is weight loss merely just a factor of eating less.
The answer is a resounding YES!
I know some of you will say, but what if I cut out carbs, or stop eating after dinner or stop snacking or eating low fat, blah blah blah!!!! :)
Well guess what Friend, those are all forms of eating less. Think about it for a second. EVERY diet that anyone has gone on and lost weight as a result, has been because they are consuming less calories than they were before.
It's 100% true.
Now, are there different ways you can eat less? Of course there are. I mentiioned some of them above. But some ways, and one in particular, is better than all others. I say that because it's got amazing health benefits that cutting out carbs or not eating after dinner just won't give you.
