Do you think, "Oooo, show me, show me, show me...I want to know what those breakfasts are!"
Maybe you're not that excited, but you are curious I bet, right?
Let me tell you that this is either the old bait and switch marketing hype at its best...or this trainer knows nothing about nutrition.
The post would make SO MUCH more sense if it said something like, "These are the 5 breaksfasts I would almost never eat if I was trying to lose weight and thses are the 5 breakfasts I would replace them with."
And then it should go on to say something like, "I will probably lose weight because I am no longer eating those processed, high sugar, high carb, processed breakfasts. I won't lose weight because I'm eating eggs and/or cottagae cheese and/or a protein shake, etc. I will lose weight because of what I'm NOT eating.
Let me make this as easy as possible to understand.
YOU DON'T LOSE WEIGHT FROM THE FOODS YOU EAT. YOU LOSE WEIGHT FROM THE FOODS YOU DON'T EAT OR THE FOODS YOU EAT VERY LITTLE OF.
Don't fall for this hyped up marketing that sounds so unbelievable.
All you have to do is ask yourself this simple question, "Is it possible to eat food, any food, and lose weight from eating it?
Hopefully you know that the correct answer is 100% NO.
When you understand this, it makes weight loss so simple.
