  TGIF, right?

  I've been training and coaching people for A LONG time. And one of the biggest things I've heard over my many years in business is something that goes like this, "I do fine with my eating during the week, it's the weekends that kill me!"


  If I had a dollar every time I heard that! (I'd still probably only have a few hundred dollars. But you get my point ;)


  All kidding aside, you've probably said this yourself. And if you haven't said it, I'm sure you've thought it.


  But does it have to be that way?


  Most people think it does, but as I'm sure you can guess, I'm here to tell you it doesn't.


  Let's use one of my former clients as an example. Let's call her "Maria".


  Maria went through my program about 2.5 years ago and she did really well.
