Vehicle ramming attack w gunfire leaves 10 dead and 10+ injured following NYE celebrations on Bourbon St. in New Orleans. Attacker at large.

10 confirmed dead, 30 injured.

New Orleans Police Department Superintendent Anne Kirkpatrick said the suspect drove through barricades and hurtled down Bourbon Street in "very intentional behavior" before opening fire on officers.

Multiple news outlets reporting the suspect is dead, though not confirmed by NOPD.
