Location: Paris 11th arrondissement, near former Charlie Hebdo offices.
Event: Media report, and the Prime Minster has confirmed, several people have been stabbed near the former offices of Charlie Hebdo magazine, in the 11th arrondisment. Two attackers are reported to be at large.
