On presenting with Ebola-like symptoms, a Brooklyn teen was quarantined and tested for the virus. According to Levi Fishman, spokesman for the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene:
"Ebola was ruled out. There are currently no patients suspected of having Ebola in New York City."

Two patients rushed to Bellevue Hospital by EMTs in hazmat suits. Both patients had traveled from Uganda. Additional alerts will be sent when results from formal testing are released. Ebola is spread through contact with bodily fluids of an infected person, unprotected skin contact, or contaminated materials and clothing.
