  • Exercise increased caution and situational awareness when in public venues incl parking facilities, parks and shopping areas.

  • Exercise increased caution due to arbitrary enforcement of local laws, including exit bans.

  • Register with the US Embassy.

  • Carry proper identification

  • Follow instructions of local authorities
