The pro-ISIS Hadm Al-Aswar (Destroy the Walls) Foundation has released a new poster on the encrypted social media platform Telegram showing a San Francisco street ablaze and threatening "Flames of War."

The setting of the image is San Francisco's Theater District looking West on Geary St. near the intersection of Taylor St. The Warwick and Touchstone hotels can be see on the left. Note the Islamic State flag set in an elevated position between the two hotel signs.

Many but not all Islamic State attacks in the West have been preceded by the release of such material.
