Dutch police report parcel bombs at ABN Amro bank (Amsterdam) and Ricoh Europe (Kerkrade). Both tied to extortion scheme, both similar to 5 Jan 2nd incidents.

Small explosions in both of this morning's incidents. No injuries reported. 

The Okura Hotel and a petrol station in Amsterdam, a real estate agency in Utrecht, and a petrol station and car showroom in Rotterdam were all previously targeted.
