Supplemental Info:
Direct text from the poster (below) as it appears with no punctuation:
O TAWHID BROTHERS
O THE CAPLIPHATES LONE WOLVES
THE CRUSADERS' FEAST IS APPROACHING THEIR CONVOYS WILL CROWD ITSELF IN FRONT OF YOU PREPARE AND PLAN FOR THEM SHOW THEM THE MEANING OF TERRORISM KILL THEM AND DO NOT HOLD BACK WITH YOUR BLOOD THE REWARD IS PARADISE AND LET THEM KNOW THAT YOU ARE FROM AN UMMAH WHERE MOUNTAINS BOW DOWN TO WE WILL NOT FORGET OUR REVENGE FOR EVERY DROP OF BLOOD THAT THEY HAVE SHED WE WILL NOT EXCLUDE THE YOUNG ELDERLY OR WOMEN YOU ARE ALL IN THE CROSSHAIRS OF OUR ARROWS AND WHAT IS ABOUT TO COME IS MORE EVEN WORSE.
AlertsUSA parsing:
O Tawhid Brothers
O The Caliphates Lone Wolves
The Crusaders feast is approaching. Their convoys will crowd itself in front of you. Prepare and plan for them. Show them the meaning of the word terrorism. Kill them and do not hold back. With your blood the reward is paradise and let them know that you are from an Ummah where mountains bow down to. We will not forget our revenge for every drop of blood that they have shed. We will not exclude the young, elderly or women. You are all in the crosshairs of our arrows and what is about to come is more even worse.
Notes:
The text of the poster can be read in multiple ways.
The first would be a call to action for attacks by 'lone wolf' terrorists (supporters who prepare and commit violent acts on their own, outside of any command structure).
The second would be encouragement for those individuals and cells with plans already in place. Remember that on 11/14/2017 AlertsUSA issued a warning regarding Islamic State threats to attack the Vatican (also pictured in the poster below).
Perhaps most important is the reference to the 'Crusader's feast' and 'their convoys,' which could be interpreted as a references to Thanksgiving and parades.
Regardless of how the poster is read, it is important to note that many prior attacks in the West have been preceded by the release of such posters.
If your holiday plans include parades, holiday markets, large sporting events or any other public gathering, it is imperative that you maintain a heightened level of situational and security awareness.
