In the poster below, the English statement reads as follows:

NEW YORK 1\1\2019

AND HIT THEM WITH THE EXPLOSIVE BELTS AND VEHICLE BOMB, AND
SHOCK THEM WITH ADHESIVE EXPLOSIVES AND PACKAGES, AND HARVEST THEM WITH SILENCERS AND SNIPERS, HORRIFY AND TERRIFY THEM WITH THE INTRUSIONS.

SHEIKH MUJAHID ABO MOHAMMAD AL-ADNANI, MAY ALLAH ACCEPT HIM

The last sentence refers to Taha Subhi Falaha, also known as Abu Muhammad al-Adnani al-Shami, who was the official spokesperson and a senior leader of the Islamic State. On 30 Aug 2016, the Islamic State announced al-Adnani has been killed in the Aleppo Province of Syria. On 12 Sept 2016, the DoD officially confirmed killing al-Adnani in a U.S. air strike.
