Dutch police report disc of parcels containing IEDs at four businesses in Amsterdam, Utrecht, and Rotterdam, NL. Caution urged when opening letters & packages.

Supplemental Info:

The letters were delivered to a hotel and a gas station in Amsterdam, a brokerage firm in Utrecht and a gas station in Rotterdam.

The investigation is being carried out by the Dutch Forensic Institute and the Defense Explosives Clearance Service.
