Law enforcement agencies nationwide are gearing up for disruption of commerce / traffic and civil disobedience this holiday weekend. It is expected that many of these gatherings will be focused on protesting the policies of President Trump, police misconduct, minority rights, labor-related issues, federal immigration policies, LGBTQ awareness, climate change, etc..
Security Precautions:- Monitor local media.
- If traveling, take note that protesters are increasingly resorting to blocking key highways and thoroughfares. In some instances these disruptions have lasted for hours.
- Exercise caution if in the vicinity of large gatherings or protests.
