The poster below depicts a masked, hooded individual standing over an aerial view of New York City, a bomb at his chest and bloody knife in his right hand.
The characters on the knife translate to "There is no god but Allah." The same statement appears at the top of the Islamic State's black standard flag.
The phrase JUST TERROR is intended to mean honorable or virtuous terror.
The phrase FIGHT THEM IN YOUR COUNTRY reinforces numerous past messages from Islamic State leaders encouraging followers who can not travel to distant battlefields to carry out attacks against disbelievers in their home countries.
The calligraphic logo in the upper-left corner is for the Al Saff Media Group. "Al-Saff" is also the name given to Chapter 61 of the Koran, which carries the general theme of exhorting Muslims to adopt sincerity in their faith and to struggle with their lives in the cause of Allah. As a reward, they will earn immunity from Allah's punishment, forgiveness of their sins, and the eternal Paradise in the hereafter.
The release of this poster is notable as beginning tomorrow (5/22), New York City will host the 31st annual Fleet Week. This event will bring in thousands of members of the U.S. maritime services, as well as 15 warships to be docked in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Staten Island, The Bronx and Long Island, most of which will be open for tours. |

The poster below depicts a jihadist standing in front of a burning Big Ben at the north end of the Palace of Westminster in London, along with the message, LONDON ATTACKS COMING SOON. Note the depiction of the bomb on the individual's chest, along with a timer showing 6:39. The significance of this time stamp is unknown.

The English statement at the bottom quotes Koran 9:5, what is commonly referred to as the Sword Verse:

The poster below quotes a portion of a speech from Islamic State official spokesman Abul-Hasan Al-Muhajir addressing the topic of lone wolf attacks.
Al-Muhajir is the successor of Abu Mohammad al-Adnani, who was killed in a U.S. airstrike in August, 2016.
The upper-most image appears to be a still frame from one of the many online instructional videos showing how to make an improvised explosive device (IED) from a common kitchen pressure cooker.
The three images below show the Sydney Harbor Bridge, Eiffel Tower, and a scene inside of a bar.
Translated into English, the full Arabic statement reads as follows:
"And to the caliphate state soldiers and its supporters around the world, to the fighting lions who eliminated the rest of “infidelity” and made him forget his luxury, and degraded its intelligence, and turned security into a dream for them: know – may god support you with his victory – that there is scale tipping in your blessed operations, and a turning away of the mouth of the infidel's canon from the Muslims. So raid their homes, markets, roads, forums and from where they do not expect, and burn the ground under their feet and disturb them so they would be occupied by themselves. Double your efforts and intensify your operations, god bless you."

In related news, British Home Secretary Sajid Javid just yesterday (5/21) revealed UK security services have foiled 19 major terror attacks over the past two years and that the tempo of terror activity is increasing.
"Each and every day our security services fight against terror, from large international terrorist groups to radicalized individuals. In the past two years they have foiled 19 major terrorist attacks - 14 of them Islamist and five of them motivated by extreme right-wing ideologies.
But those are just the headline figures. For each attack prevented, there are dozens more that never have the chance to begin in the first place.
And, despite this impressive work, the tempo of terror activity is increasing."
