The graphic plate below is now being circulated on normal Islamic State social media channels claiming responsibility for the Strasbourg attack. Translated into English, the full Arabic statement reads as follows:

"A security source to Amaq Agency: The executer of the the Strasbourg attack in Eastern France is one of the Islamic State soldiers and he executed the operation in accordance to the calls for targeting the nationals of coalition countries."

The image below is a propaganda poster also in circulation this evening on normal Islamic State social media channels.
