Islamic State spokesman, Abu Hudhayfah Al-Ansari, issued a statement earlier today on the messaging platform Telegram commemorating the 10th anniversary of the Declaration of the Caliphate.
During this speech, Al-Ansari called on "lone wolves" worldwide to carry out attacks targeting Christians and Jews, especially those in the US, Europe, and Israel, during the holy month of Ramadan (which ends April 9).
He also encouraged the Islamic State, East Asia Province (ISEAP), also known as Abu Sayyaf, to move operations into major cities. Al-Ansari also called for those in the Islamic State, Central African Province (ISCAP) in Mozambique to double their attacks in the region.
Al-Ansari also also praised Islamic State Khorasan Province (ISKP, ISIS-K) for their attack on the Crocus City Hall in Moscow, referring to it as a “bloody attack” on a “large crowd of Christians.”
