This year is our 20th anniversary. To celebrate, we are launching our Positive Footprints initiative for promoting environmental sustainability. Also keeping it green this month is project Ala, which recently planted 1,300 seedlings in Sainte Luce! |

We are living in a time of unprecedented climate change. SEED recognises its responsibility to mitigate its impact on the ecosystems it works in even as we grow as an organisation. For our 20 year anniversary, we are launching our Positive Footprints initiative to lighten the load on the World.
Join us on this journey of self-improvement to maximise our impact while reducing waste, pollution and fossil fuel usage! |

Project Ala kicked off 2020 by planting 11 different species of native seedlings throughout the forest corridors in Sainte Luce. This followed on from the Acacia planting last year which is helping to regenerate the nutrients in the soil to better support the growth of the native seedlings.
Community members from all around were involved in the process, with the event seeing over 1,300 seedlings now in the ground!

We work with communities across the southeast of Madagascar and are currently looking to fill a range of positions, from community health to environment and conservation. Our holistic approach to development means our staff are also involved in community initiatives and education. Are you interested or do you know someone who is?
