Closings Volume surged last week after a two week lull, with $12.9 million in single family home sales.
Properties were on average 26 years of age, with quite a few "handyman specials" in the mix. Hence the average selling price of just $1.3 million and $295 per square foot. Listings 12 new listings this week, and 3 standouts:
