Closings
Sales in Paradise Valley remain quite healthy despite the summer heat at $25.2 million over the past 2 weeks. 

Lots of fixer uppers selling, as evidenced by the average sale of just $1.3 million and the average price per square foot of $282. The weighted average year of construction was 1984.

Another $3+ million home closed, continuing 2014's streak of record-breaking closings at this price level in nearly a decade.

New Listings
The past two week's 16 new listings range from $310k (it's tiny and right on Scottsdale Road with roaring traffic noise) to $5.9 million (gorgeous but overpriced in my opinion). There are two homes this week that I recommend seeing sooner than later:
