*** Closings Paradise Valley bounced back from the unusually slow week last week, with $17.9 million in closings. The average price was $2 million, and $384 per square foot -- very health numbers indeed.
The average property was constructed in 1990, so the per square foot numbers look especially robust for 25 year old homes. Listings There were 7 new listings last week, ranging from $1.1 to $3.2 million. One home is already under contract.
